University trustee Mary C. Dwan (Mrs. John C. Dwan) of Duluth, Minnesota, donated a carillon of 48 Paccard bells that were blessed on September 9, 1967 and dedicated on October 29, 1967 by Lowell J. Smith. The carillon is installed in Marquette Hall and dedicated to Jacques Marquette, S.J.
