GCNA Tower Bells Bok Tower Gardens

Mr. and Mrs. Toddie L. Wynne donated a 47-bell carillon in memory of Mrs. Wynne's mother, Allie Nash Young (Class of 1890).  The bells were cast by Paccard and dedicated on October 18, 1959 by Arthur Bigelow.

The bells are located in the Jessie Ball DuPont Chapel and were renovated in 2009.

Tower bells and a clock will be added in the late spring or the early part of the summer, the gift of Mr. and Mrs. Toddie L. Wynnes of Dallas, Texas. The carillon is being cast in France appropriate inscriptions, some of which were written especially for this purpose by Hollins students.
The Wynnes also gave the two organs in memory of Mrs. Allie Nash Young, a member of the class of 1890.
