Rev Charles A. Higgins will beat out tunes on 36 batons with his fists and
on 16 pedals with his feet.
He’s an expert at playing bells although out of practice. He did for three
years while attending Duke University. Last summer he took a refresher
course and thinks he's good as ever.
St. Alban's bells are values at $20,000. Each was purchased by a
Wacoan in memory of a loved one.
